Tacoma Brewery Blocks Corner Project – 2019

As part of an incredible transformation of multiple buildings consisting of 2 whole blocks. Boyce has taken an existing brick structure from the 1920’s and expanded that building to twice its original size. The end product was a 2-story wood structure with brick veneer capable of accommodating 2 tenants for a total of 5,155 SF of commercial space.
